The Permaculture Society is a non-profit organization run entirely by volunteers, does not generate revenue from its website, does not sell any information or statistics collected from our members or visitors, nor does it sell any products whatsoever, and is funded entirely by donations and through grants.

Our Mission

The Permaculture Society was founded for, and is dedicated to, one simple sole purpose. To be the connecting point, for all cares, and all causes, and all positive, purposeful, and pioneering volunteers, workers, and gifted teachers, working from around the globe, all doing their part, striving to create a better world.

Our aim is to create a repository of knowledge that can be used to introduce people to permaculture, to serve as a meeting grounds and neutral space for competing proponents of permaculture, and to help facilitate the formation of networks, partnerships, and collaborations between permaculturists and their organizations.

Our Partners

Our current activities are focused on creating strong relationships in permaculture, on promoting permaculture as an important endeavor and idea, on creating a repository of knowledge relating to permaculture, and on assisting the creation of strong networks between varying elements and proponents of permaculture across the globe.
